WaveReady Alliance
Release assurance for Dynamics 365, delivered as a managed service
The WaveReady Alliance certifies systems integrators to deliver Dynamics 365 release assurance to their customers, powered by elevaite365 WaveReady Cloud.
The wave pain loop
Dynamics 365 never stops changing, and every update has to be proven safe
Microsoft's Dynamics 365 applications evolve continuously, with frequent mandated updates. To keep business-critical processes such as reporting and cash flow running, every update has to be thoroughly tested before deployment. For partners managing a portfolio of customers, that work repeats endlessly.
Deadline
The clock on RSAT is already running
Microsoft retires the Regression Suite Automation Tool on May 15, 2027. Every partner with clients still leaning on RSAT for release testing needs a replacement in place well before that date, not the week of it. WaveReady gives you one proven path to make that transition once, instead of solving it client by client under deadline pressure.
- One standard, one rollout, instead of a different fire drill at every renewal
- A path your team can start now, while there's still runway to do it properly
Outcomes
What customers actually want before a wave
In Dynamics 365, customers care less about whether tests ran and more about whether they're wave-ready.
Predictable release waves
A known, repeatable path through every mandated update.
Fewer production incidents
Defects caught in test, not discovered by the business.
End-to-end process confidence
Coverage across the processes that carry revenue and cash.
A clear go/no-go signal
One defensible answer at the decision point, backed by evidence.
The alliance
Platform, WaveReady Onboarding, and L3 support
WaveReady combines the elevaite365 WaveReady Cloud platform with a defined onboarding path and escalation support, so your team can stand up a release-assurance service without building the tooling or the methodology yourself.
- WaveReady Cloud, a partner-operated environment for customer release assurance
- WaveReady Onboarding, a defined ramp-up to a shared delivery standard
- Level 3 support from elevaite365 behind your delivery team
What WaveReady Onboarding actually gets you. WaveReady Onboarding is a defined process that trains your delivery team on the WaveReady methodology, brings them up to a shared standard, and equips them to run release assurance independently on the platform, with elevaite365 behind them whenever they need to escalate. Most teams complete it in about four weeks, covering their first two to three client deliveries. Once onboarded, your team owns delivery; Level 3 support means you're never troubleshooting a platform issue alone.
Capacity packs
Choose your level of release assurance
WaveReady is sold in two pack types, matched to how you already segment your book: a Business Pack for Business Central clients, and an Operations Pack for Finance & Operations and Supply Chain Management clients. Most partners start with a one-time Starter Bundle sized for an initial group of clients, then expand into a standard Capacity Pack as adoption grows across the portfolio, typically within the first six to nine months.
Once you're in a Capacity Pack, slots pool across your entire client base. If one client needs more coverage and another needs less, you reallocate; you're not locked into per-client licensing that never quite matches how your book actually moves.
| Pack | Built for |
|---|---|
| Business Pack | Business Central and Customer Engagement clients, SMB to lower mid-market portfolios |
| Operations Pack | Finance & Operations and Supply Chain Management clients, enterprise portfolios |
- Pooled capacity across customers for higher utilization
- Scales with client scope and portfolio flexibility
- Predictable renewals with less deal-by-deal negotiation
Build or join
Why partners choose WaveReady instead of building it themselves
Standing up release assurance on your own means assembling the tooling, writing the methodology, training a team, and being the only line of support when something breaks at a client during a mandated update. WaveReady gives you all four already built: the platform, the WaveReady Onboarding path, the standard, and Level 3 support behind your delivery team. You stay focused on the client relationship you already own; we handle what's underneath it.
Is it for you?
Built for the managed service you're already running
If Business Central, Customer Engagement, or Finance & Operations already anchors your managed services practice, and you already own the relationship after go-live through a support plan or hyper care, WaveReady slots into the engagement you already deliver, across whichever modules make up your book, with release testing built in from day one rather than added after something breaks. Your clients don't need to think about “test automation”; they experience a Dynamics environment that stays stable through every update.
You're likely a fit if
- Business Central, Customer Engagement, or Finance & Operations makes up your practice, whether that's one module or a mix across your client base
- You manage the environment after go-live through a support plan or hyper care
- Your clients' QA resources are thin or nonexistent, so testing today is manual, ad hoc, or squeezed out under deadline
- The D365 release cadence keeps your team on edge before every mandated update
